It was part of the game plan by the presidency to use as a decoy to postpone the election but unfortunately, the killings wasn't much. Burning of INEC materials is not much either but they definitely want to postpone the election because they had already decided to use the plan B..which is:
** Postpone the election, arm the herdsmen for mass slaughter, then use it as a leverage to postpone the election indefinitely.

What happened to the so called MOU and cooperation Inec claimed they signed with Road Transport owners and workers?
In 2011,Jega postponed elections on. the election day. In 2015,the NSA and military High command postponed the elections due to security challenge. If Mahmood postponed this one, Buhari should fire him.
Inec fixed the date not the government.
All the security agencies are under the control of Inec.
